Yes, Alya's Complete Care can assist you in getting health insurance plans that cover mental health services such as therapy and counseling. Depending on your plan, you may have a copay or coinsurance for each session.

Alya's Complete Care is not a health insurance plan.  What we are, however, is a dedicated team of agents that assist with helping you get providers that vary by plan and location.

In most cases, you can only change your health insurance plan during the open enrollment period. However, certain life events such as marriage, birth of a child, or loss of coverage may qualify you for a special enrollment period.
